How do you simulate frequency response of a photodetector in SILVACO Atlas?

Is there anyone who knows about the simulation of a bandwidth 3dB frequency response of a photodetector via a SIVALCO Atlas simulator?

I suppose this it is a rather difficult aim for a complex device. It should be more

realistic to try to simulate some simple region or interface. What is you structure like?

I am also very interested in measuring that and I am thinking about some new or strange method to do that. Do you know some data to fit?
