Become a role model for student interest. Deliver your presentations with energy and enthusiasm. As a display of your motivation, your passion motivates your students. Make the course personal, showing why you are interested in the material.
Get to know your students. You will be able to better tailor your instruction to the students’ concerns and backgrounds, and your personal interest in them will inspire their personal loyalty to you. Display a strong interest in students’ learning and a faith in their abilities.
Use examples freely. Many students want to be shown why a concept or technique is useful before they want to study it further. Inform students about how your course prepares students for future opportunities.
Use a variety of student-active teaching activities. These activities directly engage students in the material and give them opportunities to achieve a level of mastery.
Teach by discovery. Students find as satisfying as reasoning through a problem and discovering the underlying principle on their own.
Cooperative learning activities are particularly effective as they also provide positive social pressure.
Set realistic performance goals and help students achieve them by encouraging them to set their own reasonable goals. Design assignments that are appropriately challenging in view of the experience and aptitude of the class.
Place appropriate emphasis on testing and grading. Tests should be a means of showing what students have mastered, not what they have not. Avoid grading on the curve and give everyone the opportunity to achieve the highest standard and grades.
Be free with praise and constructive in criticism. Negative comments should pertain to particular performances, not the performer. Offer nonjudgmental feedback on students’ work, stress opportunities to improve, look for ways to stimulate advancement, and avoid dividing students into sheep and goats.
Give students as much control over their own education as possible. Let students choose paper and project topics that interest them. Assess them in a variety of ways (tests, papers, projects, presentations, etc.) to give students more control over how they show their understanding to you. Give students options for how these assignments are weighted.

The teacher can play a pivotal role in encouraging and motivating his students. Despite the difficulty of the task, the reality of the case says that every learner needs us to invent his own method to create a kind of motivation to learn.
Competition in the classroom can be positive if it is used in an educational way that serves the pre-set goals. In some cases, students can be motivated to make greater effort and excel by, for example, educational applications or traditional group games.
Providing simple rewards is one of the most important ways to motivate students. You do not need a huge budget, a beautiful pencil or a small chocolate box may do the trick. Praise words may be more effective at times. What is important is that the child or adolescent is proud to receive a reward after completing a task and encouraging others to limit their level

Your contribution describes the situation in my country exactly! It seems that everyone in the variant countries lives under the same economic and social conditions. The only difference is in circumstances severity. It is about from 50 percent to above in different countries.
There are several ways to encourage students to innovate in the field of their studies, including: interest in the creative student and reward the efficiency, and the use of the policy of the open door to deal, that the teaching is close to the students, focusing on individual differences, including students in making some decisions, and justice among them in general
Motivation comes from your ability to classify the cognitive level of students and take into account individual differences. And humility in dealing with students.
As a rule, children are quite creative. It is important not to lose it in the learning process. As for ambition, it is connected with knowledge. Many, realizing that they know very little, lose their ambitions. The opposite option - huge ambitions without the support of equivalent knowledge - this is exactly what the elite educational institutions are seeking. Everything should be in balance. Therefore, to develop ambitions unsupported by knowledge is meaningless .
Whatever you teach, it should be linked with some real-life phenomenon, not just theory. Especially find examples that attract the student. Make your lecture interesting and be firm, fair and friendly with them but don't be a friend :-)
I have never been a teacher. Hence my answer is based on my student days experience and my observations/interactions at later stages in my life.
I believe, if the students are given an exposure to the purpose/relevance/applications of the knowledge being imparted to them, this might result in motivation towards learning and making students creative.
Depending on my modest knowledge, I think it is difficult to motivate anyone to be creative. May be this can be found only in movies and shows. The real problem is motivating lazy students, who try just to pass the exams and get the certificate, who don't care about speech, homeworks, projects and addition marks, but he try just to get a grad of 50% to pass. He has his plans that don't share with others. Of course, they are little but they exist. Again I think some factors like genetic (Adrenaline and other hormones secretion), previous and ambient conditions. The evidence for that is just a small portion who are creative and motivated at the end of course even best conditions are available.
One my opinion, There are many effective ways to get your students excited about learning example Encourage Students, Get Them Involved, Offer Incentives, Get Creative...etc
Engage the students in ideas presentation, explore the analogies, animate the model of boring theory, design a character to portray the scientific script, etc
Cognitive activities have a role in motivation, the use of competition among students, and encouragement and enthusiasm within the classroom environment.
