How do you model pore formation in a membrane which is prepared by supercritical carbon dioxide ?

There is a phase inversion in membrane formation process and its hard to explain nucleation and growth of polymer-lean phase droplet. If we can calculate the rate of nucleation and growth of polymer-lean phase then we can modelling pore formation process.
