I submited an article to a journal for consideration and I just got an acknowledgement that the article has been recieved and is under review. I never got any further correspondents. After two months I then recieved a mail which indicated that a new journal edition has been published including the article I had submited. I then immediately wrote an email to the Editor indicating that there names of member who I worked with on that research which should be added on the article. I recieved a responds advising me to send the list of names of the members and their affiliations. I replied the email and attached the document with the complete list of the names of the members and their affiliations. I did not get a response to that. I have been sending emails for the past eight months with no reply. I then recieved an email on the 30th of January 2017 advising me that it is nolonger possible to alter the article.
Anyone with knowledge on how to handle such issues please advise me as I need to withdraw the article from the journal..
