We have two UPLC systems with diode array detection. The detector is the PE FLEXAR PDA PLUS and the system is running Chromera (Version 4.1.2.6410).
The systems allow the collection of a spectrum for every time point in the chromatogram. The software allows a view of the chromatogram, however, this seems to be just a pretty picture and export of the data is remarkably difficult. We can go one wavelength at a time, but this is not a realistic answer.
Is there a way to get a simple csv output of the absorbance values where each column is a wavelength and every row a chromatogram time point?
Has anyone solved this problem?
