I'm formatting a paper in IEEE format. I have three authors and don't know how to format the head of the paper, where authors are mentioned. Should be all authors in one row, or should I mention every author separately? Any suggestions?

Separately:
Authors Name/s per 1st Affiliation (Author)

I suggest if you dont use Latex, Start learning it (takes 3 or four days for you). In Latex you just need to specify your citation and thats all.

I'm not connected with the site, but I do recommend looking at http://www.writelatex.com as an easy way to become familiar or use Latex.
As Hossein says, Latex can take time to get used to, but even I still use google to look up the formatting code.
I would always recommend people take the time to at least investigate Latex, as you'll easily save time in the long run.
