How do you evaluate graph visualization results ?
Dear Hao Wang ,
In brief, graph visualizations have a great effect on the research articles, advertisement processes, presentations of any type, as much as such graphs are good they grant a magic touch make them full of life.
Best regards
One way is to use Neighborhood Preservation metric, which is related to the preservation of the neighborhood relations on the visual representation.

Dear Hao Wang
There are many ways to evaluate graph visualization results.
Graph Visualization Techniques
(A) Visual Clutter Reduction
(1) Edge Displacement
(2) Node Clustering
(3) Sampling
(4) Zoom And Pan
(B) Interaction and Navigation
(5) Filtering
(6) Focus+Context
(7) Animation
