The question is meant to compare my own downward divisions with coming opinions. My divions are:

1) Increased CSF pressure as main target of treatment is to normalise it.

2) Residual unchangeable changes in brain parenchyma, seen in MRIs as white spots or lines.

This pathological division is important in the follow up of results of successful treatment and outcome. Clearly correct target would be criteria and symptoms of first division (CSF). In case we included all symptoms, we would be including both divsions of pathology which is a misleading target.

Defing symptoms related to CSF from the second one is important on one condition: not to take it as an execuse.
