Good afternoon Alwielland Q. Bello, May I ask for more specificities re: the question. In that can you make it more specific? Research excellence is so varied depending upon the site, data, funding, country specifics, technology expertise. For example, can you compare a research project done in Uganda with one done in USA. A rural research project on immunisation in Africa for example, in that country maybe considered well done, but by standards in USA it may not compare, but that does not mean that it is not superb for that country, in that you can't compare apples with oranges. Also, another example maybe a research photovoice project done for street people maybe considered successful as judged by participants [they objectively had positive vibes from the work], while politicians may judge it as unsuccessful if it doesn't get street people off the street. So who is judging success or not? Hence can you define your question better please?
