How do you calculate the air pressure inside a cylinder?

I have a cylinder filled with air. Piston moves to compress the air in cylinder. Lets assume it has pressure PB. Air leaks through the periphery portion as shown in image. How do I model the pressure equation. I have the velocity and the displacement of the piston. I'm trying to model a pneumatic hammer. This problem is just a part of it. Kindly let me know if any other parameters are required.
