One of the biggest challenges in academic research is publishing a clear and effective paper. It can be useful for the future of a researcher and also for the scientific world. I can say many examples for great people who cannot clearly present their great ideas or achievements. It is sometimes because of their characteristics, their native language, etc. Most of the time, you know that your research is clear and your achieved results are important, but you cannot clarifier your idea for other people. Sometimes, they will be confused or misunderstood. Just tell me about your experiences and introduce me some techniques for writing clear and effective papers.

To keep this simple and short, if you can't properly communicate your idea in English that can be understood by the international academic community, you may want to co-author you work with somebody who has published in some international journal. The co-author may have the responsibility to make sure that the English is correct. But you MUST make sure that you are the first author in the published work because it is your work.
If you do not like the idea of co-authoring your findings with someone who did not go through the pain to obtain the results, then I'm afraid the only thing you can do is to take lectures or seminars or courses on how to improve your 'academic writing skills'. This could take a long time, and someone else doing the same study may publish their result before you. The credit or achievement goes to the first person that publish the result. Unless your work is 'significantly' different from theirs

I agree with Peterson. Further you should also have a good and clear outcome of your research work. You will definitely find that some of your colleagues are willing to help you even without asking for a co-authorship!
