Machine Coolant is Mixture of Cutting Oil & Water, Which is mainly used in Manufacturing mc's like ( Grinding, Milling, Drilling, CNC etc.) After long time use of coolant due to mix-up of oil and coolant bacteria are Grow and make odor and its has some side effect.
So, i Need any reliable method to Remove Bacteria from coolant.
You can try to use iodine with non-ionic surfactants or quaternary salts

You can also try using biocide with a dosage rate (in ppm or gallons) based on the fluid volume. Most of the biocide (bleach) out there are water soluble, and are very reliable in inhibiting microbial growth which prevents MIC's in your system. After application, let your residence time be reasonable to assure better kill.
