I am interested in the ways in which academics overcome imposter syndrome while at the same time trying to instil a sense of confidence in students.
I am therefore interested in hearing about:
- The lived experience imposter syndrome in your working life
- How this feeling is negotiated and overcome (or not)
- What are the possible impacts of experiencing imposter syndrome on your students?
- Possible reasons why you suffer from imposter syndrome - e.g. first in family to be an academic, prior experience, intersectionality?
- Advice for other academics who feel the same way.
Many thanks!
