Everybody knows to get the most out of studying, you need to find what works best for you. Other people can’t tell you

how to study. All they can do is to tell you what works for them.

If you learn the same way as they do, their tips might be helpful. But if

your style is different from theirs, those tips might not be very useful to

you. In fact, they might even be a waste of your time.

Because of that, I will propose some of books who cover that topic.

In short, we need to teach our students how to learn, and they must find the style themselves.

When we finished our Bsc degree someone was very happy with the idea of being appointed as teaching assistant. From that point was the begining of hard work because after few months or more they request for master degree .after master they want as to start PhD. After PhD. they ask for papers submissions and publishing and you have to supervise undergraduate students as well as postgraduate degrees .by the time your age is almost about to finish and still you have to learn more every day. This issue is our life in the career of education.

what do I think could contribute to a teachers develoment? The answers above are important. I also love the books by William Ayers. For example: «To teach - the journey og a teacher». Asking questions and discussing with students and the diversity of teaching methods and follow different approaches to motivate and encourage students, all of the above makes learning activities very effective.

Teachers play an important role in our life to become successful in career and business. A good teacher helps us to become a good human being in society and a good citizen of the country.

A good teacher explores all the possibility to give best education to their students. Desire is the most important thing.

The best way for a teacher to learn is to keep track of what questions are being asked as this gives insight as to what is not clear to students especially if the same question is asked in different ways. The teacher than find different methods of conveying the same concept. Some students learn by repetition best. Thus, take time to emphasize on the salient points at the end of each class as also quiz them to see how much they retained.

Regarding your question: What does a teacher have to learn to become better. Are there any learning that all beginning teachers need to have?

Teaching skills evolves with experience, I believe that the most important aspect in teaching is a good healthy relationship with your students. Respect your students, don't make fun of their answers, be sensitive, don't judge your students, advice and help them if you can. Learn and discover things and new information with your students and acknowledge that. Be humble.

Teachers can learn best by inviting inquisitive questions from students. Conducting case studies, group discussions and debates for students and participanting actively in them will add to the knowledge. Also discussions with colleagues from similar backgrounds and collaborative research papers too will add to the knowledge database.

If you want to learn while teaching I recommend to:

Do not teach the same modules/ lessons/ courses many times for many years. Try to variate your teaching by teaching new courses if this is offered by your institution.

Do not hesitate to teach courses that you ignore completely and you have not studied before. But make sure you prepare them well before teaching starts. This will obliged you to learn while you are teaching.

Put yourself and your students in new problem situations and work together to solve the problem.

It is needed to adjust one's communication skill with different types of modern learning theories in order to become better educator with time.

As a teacher I have learnt best from, action-research, resource searching and seminars. It all comes to setting goals and self-reflecting.
