You could obtain the drug as a salt (anionic or cationic forms).

 I don't think you can turn this into a salt, the nitrogen is not basic and I see no acidic hydrogens (at least acidic enough to form a stable salt)

I asked the technician of their company,they did not recommend to add Tween 80 or glycerol ,they say in the vivo experiment ,it will be OK ,but in the cell experiment ,the result is not good to add anything that help to dissolve the powder
