How do I write an expression that shows nesting of an interaction of fixed factors into a factor? layman example would A/B*C which means the interaction of B and C is nested into A. All of these would be in the fixed term.
On the other hand, how do I write it if they are in the random term? How do I do this in AsREML-R? Please assist.
