I have obtained the results of my ligand interacting with my protein using LigPlot+.How do I validate results in Ligplot+?

Thank you for your kind response.Actually Sir, I want to know how I save the file?because when I save the file it save as (drw) file format and it not open.So,kindly give your kind reply SIR
.drw files can be read by LigPlot
If you want to save a figure:
File > Write PS file
you should be able to open it with softwares that open pdf files.

Discovery studio or ligplot which ligand interactions result more prefarable and why?
Because when i found interaction from both of software;they show different type of residue thats why i am little bit confused which result is more prefarable.
I'm not familiar with Discovery studio, but isn't it a 3D visualisation software? Try to read the manual of both softwares and try to see how they evaluate interacting residues, probably they have different settings.
There should not be differences between plot and structure, because, as Matthew James Conroy was saying, LigPlot is just a simplified 2D representation of a 3D model.
