Hello Dr Ahmad. You need your samples to be in powdered form and the obtained thermograms will give you thermal events (i.e. Energy vs T) by integration those peaks you can get thermodynamics data (e. g. dH, dS of that thermal event). In fact, DSC will give you information for phase transitions of that sample. integrating of peak area, you can obtain standard enthalpy. You can use Origin to obtain peak area. Hope that helps
