I am currently working on a project to kinematically analyse a certain sports movement which is measured with VICON. The resulting data are time series data (about 15 sec) and I intended to analyse these data using SPM. I already downloaded the SPM12 software for MATLAB but I do not know how to start since I am analysing VICON data and not MRI data. I also have little knowledge of neuroscience and -imaging or Random Field Theory. I have above average knowledge of MATLAB and VICON.
So my question is: how do I analyse kinematic VICON time series data using the SPM12 software for MATLAB? Or what is a good way to start?

I already found the SPM-1D software but I don't know how to use it. Which script(s) should I use? Because the documentation on the website is for python I don't understand it, I only know MATLAB.
I have run it in both , and the documentation for the python was very useful as the syntax is almost identical. If you are struggling, I would just run it in python and follow the aforementioned documentation. If you can use MATLAB it really won't take you long to get used to python.
Alternatively, if you email Jos, Todd or Mark they may be able to point you in a better direction re: MATLAB.
