Hi people, I want to see the relationship between 4 age categories and Likert scale questions on SPSS, which method or test is the best to find that out? To be more exact, I want to measure if the age affects the readiness of people on using technology?

it would be much easier if you've collected age as the ratio scale instead of converting it to ordinal one. In any case, if the age categories are similar in size (5-10, 11-16, 17-22...) then you can treat it as interval (carefully of course) and try and see what is the correlation coefficient.
Alternatively, you can use chi-square test, one-way ANOVA.. but you'll end up with pretty much similar results

I agree with Matia Torbarina that you would have been better served by asking age as a specific value rather than using categorical bins.
However, the most obvious answer to your question would be to use a Spearman rank-order correlation coefficient (age category, recoded to 1, 2, 3, 4... vs. either a single response value for an item on your survey or a summated/averaged score across the related items in the survey.
If all you wish to know is whether age categories differ in typical response to an item (or summated score across items), then the Kruskal-Wallis one-way anova by ranks (using age category as the grouping variable) would work.
