How do I simulate body fluid test of glass ceramic pellets and its characterization ?

I have glass-ceramic pellet and i want to do SBF test to measure pH change and % weight loss. Problem is in characterization part after keeping the sample in SBF after a definite period of time. I need to do SEM, FTIR, XRD but for FTIR and XRD it need to be in powder form. So how to proceed with that.
