How do I resolve these calibration errors on AB 7500 Fast Real-time PCR system?

I was trying to recalibrate our 7500 Fast Real-time PCR system after cleaning the block but I keep getting these errors:

For ROI: calibration failed: (error [-106]. incomplete number of wells found)

For Background: Fluorescence exceeded threshold for filter A (Threshold: 72,000 FSU).

Please how do I go about resolving this issue? Thanks!
