I'm struggling with what statistics I need to include when reporting my independent samples t-test. I have two groups (males and females) and 15 separate t-tests for my 15 variables (parenting characteristics- on Likert scale). Any good examples of APA 7th tables that present these results?

As referred to on the APA page you can include in a single table all the results of the T-test of your reported variables.
You can include all your results in single table. in last column you can also include the hypothesis result.
Erin Blanch I think you might have two components to your question. One is how to report bootstrapping; the other is how to report a number of t-tests in tables.
For the former, I'd simply indicate in the body of your text that you used bootstrapping. For the latter, I suggest you check out a copy of the APA 7th manual because the way tables are set up is slightly different from APA 6th. Your university should have a copy (perhaps digital copy) of APA 7th. The site that is in the post three above here seems to be from APA 7th, so it might suit your needs.
But apart from that, I suspect that running 15 individual t-tests opens up the possibility of family-wise errors. You might need to apply some kind of adjustment (e.g., Bonferroni type) to your p value. Or you might best conduct a MANOVA. But I'm moving away from your original question(s) . . .
