I would like to connect the dipoles of a Turnstile Antenna to the 2 inputs of such a 4-port network, so that an incoming LHCP wave produces a signal at output port 1, and a RCHP wave produces a signal at output port 2.

They are well-known at UHF/SHF, but an equivalent must exist also at HF, probably using Ferrite toroids.

A Turnstile Antenna consists of two perpendicular dipoles. When they are fed in quadrature (90 degrees phase difference and identical amplitude) it produces circularly polarized waves. When changing from +90 to -90 degrees, the polarization sense reverses.

Has anyone tried this before, and if so: do you have component values to reproduce such a circuit?
