There are different methods to prepare the TiO2 Nano particles by using sol-gel method which be used to get high quantity of TiO2 with particle size less than 100 nm. the another method is by using pulsed laser deposition (PLD) by hitting the bulk sample or the powder pellets of the samples under vacuum.
