Good time of the day, everyone! I'd like to get an advice on the choice for Gr1 and CD11b antibodies which will work on paraffin-embedded murine tissue (lung). May you also comment whether directly conjugated Abs will be preferable or it will be better to use unconjugated primary+secondary? (we are talking about fluorescent microscopy).

Usually I'd prefer cryosections for the purpose but now I have no other option to get data as to stain paraffin-embedded sections. Would appreciate advices based on your experience! Thanks in advance
