How do I measure gross energy in human milk by bomb calorimetry?

Hi! Does anyone have a method description to determine gross energy in (human) milk by bomb calorimetry? Will I need to freeze dry the samples first?

The milk sample (like any other liquid) should be encapsulated in a plastic of previously measured heat of combustion.
