Dear Michelle van der Merwe , thanks for sharing your question. The best idea when you have access to any equipment or software is always checking the "Help" or the "User manual". This is true for Project Five Suite too.
First you must open the Project Five Manager, then select a project with the data recorded from your sample. A project can contain a number of different elements, each defined with a name and an icon. Spectra have a icon resembling a graph, if you double-clicked over one of these spectra the Graph Viewer will be opened, showing the spectrum selected. If you click on another spectrum from the project it will be opened in a new window. Probably this is what you already achieved.
To open several spectra in a single graph, you need to select the spectra you want to open, to do so you just single-click on the first spectrum and keeping pressed the Shift key, and single-clicking on the rest of spectra you can get them all in a single graph.
Hope it helps. Good luck with your research and my best wishes.
Thank you for your answer. I am able to do that. I need to save them within the Witec project so that the software will allow me to do PCA on the graphs. That's what I'm having trouble with if you have further advice. I will go relook at the manual so long. Thanks again!
