I conducted Mann-Whitney test in JASP. The test results produce following data:

U (or W) value: 15641.5

df= 2

p value = 0.001

Hodges-Lehmann Estimate: 5.527e -5

Rank-Biserial Correlation: 0.118

The median value of the dependent variable for both the groups compared is same.

The mean for group A is 4.108 and of group B is 3.005.

It is clear that there are significant differences between group A and Group B (U value: 15641.5, p=0.001). However, since the median of both group A and B is same (=5), how should I describe the results?
