How do I get the head space concentration of a liquid which is placed in a closed cylinder with pressure lower than the atmospheric pressure ??

Suppose a few micro litre liquid is present in a closed container with lower pressure (around 1.1 torr) and it is being incubated around 53 degree celcious temperature. How do I calculate the headspace vapour concentration of this liquide ????
