Hi,
I am using PEGDA (https://advancedbiomatrix.com/pegda-4.html) crosslinked with Irgacure 2959 as a mounting media for microscopy. I want to reuse the sample holder, which is made of plastic. I was wondering if anyone knows the best way of doing this? Scratching off the PEGDA obviously works, but I am worried it will damage the holder in the long run, so I was wondering what PEGDA can be re-dissolved in once crosslinked? I tried 100% ethanol over the weekend and that worked pretty well but maybe someone knows of a quicker/more efficient way?
