I started reading some scientific articles to understand this subject. However, they have been difficult to comprehend and don't provide many details about the design. I tried to find some online courses, but there aren't many available. I find books to be a really effective way to study, so if you have any suggestions about how to approach this subject or any related books, I would greatly appreciate the information.
The subject you focus on it is main and hot point in our daily life,so reference books broad either renewable energy nor oil and it,s dervitives energy are available in any library or electronic one.
There are reasons that if you ask this question in a local library E.g., your univ library, public library... you may get better answers. One reason is regarding "reference interview", in physical libraries it is priceless, in just a matter of several minutes a reference/system librarian can find your information needs, and guide you to suitable resources.
Simply we don't know you need a book suitable for a person sitting in a public library, or S/He is a BA or BS student, or the same person but doing MA or MS or even doing PhD...
For information needs of all those that I mentioned above different authors have contributions (books) suitable for age, rank, level of education... to name some.
Unless you clearly and completely explain what you are looking for. This is an option, may be encyclopedic articles can help you as they are written for all who are not familiar with a topic. They usually have references that can help you narrow your search in what you are looking for
