How to get a pulsed single-frequency laser with high repetition rate over 10kHz?

(Seed lindwith:15mJ, Lcoking method :Ramp-hold-fire)

We have a CW single-frequency laser,by using the seed injecting method, and AOM-Q-switch, we could get a pulsed single-frequency laser. However, the repetition rate is limited to several hundred hertzs. Possible reason: pzt has a hysteresis problem, and  this is nonlinear with voltage; or the locking method ?

How I choose a method to lock the cavity  for locking with high repetition rate over 10kHz?
