Could someone provide me with a double gateway system density vector that carries a 35S promoter upstream of the two cassettes? Could I buy it from some companies too?

first time somebody I know asks a question, so first time I answer as well. Although I have actually no idea what precisely you might want- two ccdB cassettes, two different recombination sites and inserts, to assemble two expression cassettes? Consider using something like "Golden GAte Cloning" or "modular cloning" - might be easier at the end, and is super flexible. Several papers on PLoS One from Sylvestre Marillonnet describing strategies. If you let me know what exactly you want to do, I might be able to help you out with some material.
