How do I flatten a 1 mil Polyimide film?

Hello,

How can I flatten a 1mil Polyimide(PI) film that are curled up? I've tried to flatten it with heat press under high temperature (200C - 400C) but it doesn't help. Can anyone give me some advice on this?
