See S11. If your S11 is good in desired band width then you can transmit that much frequencies at a time.

In CST, you can do it. First write your code at Matlab then import it as a CST input signal...After simulation CST will give output signal for you...

You need to do time domain analysis which HFSS does not do.  CST is a program that does time domain analysis.  The alternative (if the antenna or circuit is linear) is to take the Fourier transform of the input pulse and obtain the phase and amplitude of the frequency components.  Run HFSS on all of these individual frequency phase and amplitude  inputs, and then take the individual solutions and do an inverse Fourier transform to get the final answer in time domain.  Tedious, but it works.

I think results of HFSS would give you Impulse response of the system in frequency domain.

Just do FFT from pulse; multiply it with frequency response of HFSS; and do FFT it back to the time domain. you can easily find FFT code for MATLAB in the internet.
