I have some data on skeletal heighth, mass estimates, but I'm trying to find more exact cortical bone measurements and joint sizes to better approximate Neanderthal (and AMH) body masses and TEE's.
You should look at the following publications that are authored or co-authored by my friend Trent Holliday, the chair of the Anthro Dept at Tulane University:
Holliday Trenton W. 2015. The significance of changes in body mass in human evolution. Bulletins et Mémoires de la Société d'Anthropologie de Paris 27:101-109.
Kasabova BE, Holliday TW. 2015. New model for estimating the relationship between surface area and volume in the human body using skeletal remains. American Journal of Physical Anthropology 156:614-624.
Plavcan MJ, Meyer V, Hammond AS, Couture C, Madelaine S, Holliday TW, Maureille B, Ward CV, Trinkaus E. 2014. The Regourdou 1 Neandertal body size. Comptes Rendus Palevol 13:747-754.

Both Trent and Steve are contemporary students of Erik Trinkaus when he was at the Univ. of New Mexico.
