How do I extend the 2D model into 3D one in COMSOL?

Hi,

I have made a 2D transient and isotherm model of ''Vanadium Redox Flow Battery'', VRFB, in COMSOL and I tried in different ways to extend it to 3D one but I got entirely different results from the 2D model for the same parameters and conditions. Any help or suggestions of how to do it as 3D one is really appreciated!
