Hello all,

I am using Phantom v1611 and M310 cameras to conduct research on condensation. I want the final video recordings to begin from the moment I originally pressed the 'Capture' button on Phantom Camera Control software, PCC 3.7. I did this before beginning each of the experimental runs. However, I am finding that the first few minutes after me pressing 'Capture' are not included in the final saved recordings, and these are essential to the research. I am pressing 'Trigger' to stop recording after the experiments.

Could anyone advise on the reason for this issue and how to resolve it? In short: I want the final recordings to begin from the moment I pressed the Capture button before starting the experiment.
