I m doing mixed mode simulation for TFETs inverter in Sentaurus .Its showing linear system cannot be solve and didnt converge. can anyone know this error or any other ways to do the same.

i think it is better to use a tool rather than TCAD for inverter circuits. the tool is called PETE and can be found in nanohub. the tool takes the input I-V characteristics as well as C-V c\cs. and it performs a lot of circuit simulations
Thank you very much for your reply Dr Deepak Kumar . Anyhow, I have managed to simulate a TFET inverter circuit using TCAD mixed-mode simulation. Still, there are difficulties with other circuits. If you don't mind, could I contact you in above-given number in future?
But still, I am not able to plot the transient response. When I am giving the pulse input, I am not getting the inverted output for the inverter. But when I am giving the DC input, for example, either 1 or 0, I am getting the desired output. I have checked the individual n-type and p-type TFET; it is working properly. But I am getting the inverted output for the pulse input.
