In perform dialysis to remove inorganic salts with flotation method, you can achieved this end by selection of type and dosage of collector and frother favor.

I used microporous membranes. You filled them with the clay (in salty solution), then you close the mebrane and put it in a bucket full of distilled water. The salt will move toward the distilled water by osmosis. You may need to change the distilled water a couple of times -and make sure you have a much larger volume of distilled water to keep the osmosis going. I haven't done this in some time so I don't remember the brand of membrane I used.
The one I used looked more like a sausage and it didn't need boiling. However, if it is a dialysis membrane you're fine -these days there are so many choices of products.
