Can the arithmetic mean of microwave scattering data at different azimuth angles be regarded as multi-view processing?

I wish to perform yamaguchi decomposition on microwave scattering indoor measurement data, but yamaguchi decomposition requires multi-view data. Thus, can the arithmetic average of the observation results at different azimuth angles be used as multi-view processing of the data? And perform Yamaguchi decomposition with this result.
