We prepared SrTiO3 nanomaterials and now we need to determine isoelectric point of the sample. Can any one suggest the methods of determining isoelectric point?
DLS instruments can be used for this purpose. There some titration tools attached/attachable versions of it. Analysis through zeta potential will be useful and practical.
You can either manually adjust the pH of the nanoparticle suspension and measure zeta potential over the range of pH you are interested in or you can use an autotitrator. Malvern has an autotitrator, which you can connect to a zetasizer for this kind of analysis.
