Dear All,

I'd like to calculate Reference Dose (RfD) from Reference Concentrations (RfC) to be used in the risk assessment for ingested and inhaled compound.

For inhalation we work as follow

RfD = RfC (mg/cubic meter) * 20 (cubic meter/day) / 70 (Kg) where 20 is the inhaled air volume and 70 is the body weight for adults.

Is it correct? and how can we work on ingested soil or water?

Every help will be appreciated!
