I am working on 3D Explicit Dynamic model of in bore analysis of gun barrel in ABAQUS. My loading condition is pressure which varies with time.Now I have define magnitude as 1 and in amplitude I have defined the pressure time value which is varying with time .But I am not getting the desired displacement of bullet.

The procedure for applying load sounds good. You may check the other parameters like material properties or boundary condition.
In Abaqus solver, load (pressure) can be applied as a function of time and space. For defining space variation, you need to define it as a function. However there are various ways in which one can define pressure/time relation. you can add any amplitude (Pressure vs time ) data as a CAE input. amplitude can be added in number of ways like tabular, periodic etc.
@Lima I have used Penalty with Coefficient of friction as 0.3 and material elasticity with Johnson cook model. But I am still facing the zero displacement.
@Saraswat I have used the tabulated data for creating the Amp of Pressure time curve with magnitude as 1
I feel you can first verify the contact by applying a force greater then limiting frictional force. if you get displacement , then I don't think there will be any problem in pressure loading also.

@Saraswat .. I have tried by reducing the friction values as well as increasing the magnitude in load but facing the too many attempt error.. I have attached the CAE file please have a look..
I define time,amplitude as 0,0 and 1,1 for velocity and i get 0 amount of velocity for all the 1 sec. abaqus has buggs
