Hi all,
I have data recording the time of "events" from an avalanche photodiode, and need to convert this into an intensity as a function of time signal.
I would appreciate any ideas or suggested reading on how to do this.
Regards
Alex
Hi,
Thanks for your answer, I have now solved this issue.
Instead of checking only the mRNA level, I want to check the active protein level of MMP-1 in Liver tissue from mice. How can I do that?
