How do I change the length of filopodia calculated in FiloQuant to be in micrometers and not inches?

Hi everyone, I am trying to assess the number of filopodia and their lengths of HaCaT cells using Fiji plugin, FiloQuant, but the calculated lengths keep giving me obscure lengths in inches and not in micrometers. I would appreciate any feedback!
