How do I calculate the total crystallinity of PEBAX from DSC?

PEBAX (Polyether oxide– polyamide (PEO–PA) blocks) contain PEO and PA blocks. From DSC melting peaks % crystallinity can be calculated. The total crystallinity also can be calculated. Can anybody explain how this is done?
