I made the dilutions as follows
- 0.2g of sample dissolved in 12 mL of aqua regia and heated until a colorless liquid was formed.
- The solution was transferred to a larger container and added DI water to the 2000 mL mark.
- 0.1 mL of this solution was transferred an empty container and filled to 100 mL mark with DI water to get 100 ppb.
These are the results I obtained from ICP-MS.

You have given us the details of different steps of dilution. But, your EXCEL sheet contains only the signal counts and %RSD that you got from the instrument. To convert the signal response (counts per second, or CPS) into concentrations, you need to first establish the relationship between CPS and the concentration using a calibration, by measuring a series of standards with known concentrations. Without the CPS measured for your known standards, it is impossible for us to help you.
