How to manage the space allocation i.e. office space for healthcare professional, new clinical programs within the limits of facilities that are already at capacity?
What are the processes in place to allocate space?

Usually, the space used for non-medical purpose do not have special epidemiological rules, except if the personnel who use the space, have contact with patients. In this case, every country has its own rule.
If there is a shortage of space, an alternative is to use the non-essential corridors, or the attic for administrative place or office.
